K.J. Myllynen was born January 27th, 1974. He attended high school in Europe and Canada. Then in 1994, he and his family moved to Florida, where he attended at both the Vrije University in Amsterdam for mathematics, and University of Central Florida for their legal studies program. Upon graduation from UCF, K.J. enrolled in the Florida A&M University College of Law and became FAMU chapter president of the American Association of Justice, and was nominated to the Law School’s only representing trial team. He graduated law school in under 2 ½ years and was named Magna Cum Laude in his class.
He has been listed as Attorney of Record for almost One Thousand cases and has over saw those cases from the investigative stage all the way through to trial by judge or trial by jury. He has taken many cases to verdict, argued many pre-trial evidentiary motions, performed over one thousand depositions, argued post-trial matters, and gets involved in many cases at the “pre-lit” or pre-case-filing stage. K.J. Myllynen has also successfully argued several Florida Statutes to be unconstitutional in his time and presented great results to his clients.
K.J. Myllynen also has a background in Wrongful Death cases where he has sought and achieved maximum policy limit settlements out of the insurance company for his client. He has managed and/or litigated personal injury cases since 2006 and knows the ins and outs of Personal Injury and Wrongful Death litigation.
K.J. Myllynen has represented hundreds of clients with serious injuries due to the negligence of others, as well as clients who have lost family members. K.J. Myllynen has been involved in numerous successful case outcomes and settlements in excess of $1,000,000.00.
